Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location right on the river is superb, offering easy access to various attractions while remaining peaceful. However, the room amenities fell short of expectations, and improvements could be made to enhance the overall stay.
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were large and clean, providing a nice, relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views of the river. The service was top-notch, with the staff being well-informed and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring Missoula, close to a variety of restaurants and attractions. However, the absence of an available dining option on-site was a drawback. Overall, a comfortable and convenient choice for my trip.
Despite some room issues like a broken floor tile, gaps around the ceiling, and signs of water damage, along with a low toilet and fluctuating room temperature, my stay was saved by the incredibly comfortable bed. Lack of available food and coffee was a downside.
